What are you required to do in this assignment?
Section 1- Learning Journals (15%) 400 words in total for all 2 entries.
Two entries during the set period (see below) completed on the Learning Journal area on My Studies
gand to be included in the Assessment submission on INSERT DATE 2024 at 10am (provisional). If you
do not complete all TWO entries, it will reduce the available marks. You can write more words in the
electronic learning journals on My Studies and then edit/reduce the number of words to meet the required word
count before submission.

Assignment Brief
Analyse the experience of working with your group to design and run a Development Centre. This
should include the experience of observing your participant, writing the FDGSR, participating in
another groups DC and a discussion of your personal learnings that could influence your future
employability.
Relevant scholarly concepts, theories and models from the module and guest lectures should be
applied in your analysis.
Construct a 1-year Professional Development Plan for yourself, including SMART objectives;
connecting your analysis to your potential future development needs (included in the appendix).
