INITIAL POST
According to the Motivational Theories in chapter 4 of your textbook, identify what kinds of needs are innate. For your initial post, draft a fully developed essay describing motivational theories in which needs are innate. Provide formal definitions for each term used in your essay. Continue your discussion by identifying what kinds of needs are learned through culture and life experience.
PEER REPLIES
Each week, for full credit, you must make at least 3 posts per discussion question according to the following process:
Post a response to the original question. Please do so no later than Wednesday so that others may realize the benefit of your comments. Required
Post a minimum of 2 responses to a classmate’s response by the end of the week. Required
