INITIAL POST
For your initial post, you will discuss Emotional Intelligence (EI) abilities and why they are critical for both individual and organizational success.
Draft a fully developed essay discussing the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace.
Compare and contrast IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient), explaining which is most responsible for an individual’s workplace and life success, according to researchers.

Each week, for full credit, you must make at least 3 posts per discussion question according to the following process:
