Taking into account everything covered in this course please consider the following scenario:You are the founder of a newly formed, innovative company at the forefront of the latest technology. You know how critical it will be to build and support a culture of innovation with a goal to scale quickly and have a well aligned and nimble team. For an upcoming meeting of your leadership team, please prepare a presentation with three key pillars of the culture that you want your team to emphasize to drive success. Provide a brief explanation of each pillar, the value to the organization, the behaviors your leadership team and their staff should exercise, and why these components are critical in an innovative organization.How you chose to present is up to you.
