Description
Conflict in human relationships is quite natural. However, some conflict is more constructive than others. Your text discusses ways to be more constructive when “fighting” by discussing things to do and not to do. Examine your text, and then answer the question.Think about the past argument that you had with a person who is close to you. Do you think conflict is more a matter of the issue at hand or do you think it’s more a matter of HOW the argument is handled between the two parties? Please explain your answer. In your last argument, who was more at fault–the other person or you? Additionally, after looking over the “do not” list and the “do” list in your text, which one do you tend to do more to the other person when you are in an argument with another person? Lastly, which of the items on the “do not” list irritates you MOST when someone does that to you?
