The research paper will have two parts. The first part will be based on challenges and issues a project team may encounter when identifying types of data needed to meet a project’s Big Data objectives. The second part of the research paper allows the group to identify a company or organization to base their research on. Ensure you get instructor’s approval before beginning work on part 2 of the group’ research paper (due Week 15).
Part 1
In part 1 of your research paper, you will demonstrate your knowledge of Big Data foundational concepts:
Big data characteristics,
Business motivations, drivers, etc.,
Big data adoption and planning,
Big data analytics lifecycle,
Big data available technologies,
Storing and analyzing data.
In part 1, you will discuss the challenges a project team may encounter when applying an analytical process.
Requirements:
Discuss in detail what you believe to be Big Data challenges a project team may encounter when a project is assigned to them:
Things to think about are types of data needed, project timelines, technology needed to meet the objectives, etc.,
Review again content in Big Data Fundamentals textbook,
Use sources to back your discussions,
Discuss the analytical phases and associated challenges for each of these phases that potentially may affect meeting project objectives and timelines,
Identify and discuss in detail any technology-specific issues or challenges that may be encountered,
For part 1, you do not need instructor’s approval for any companies or organizations you choose as examples to reinforce your points. However, you will properly cite them,
Use of proper APA formatting and citations. If supporting evidence from outside resources is used those must be properly cited.
NOTE:- Its a group research paper i only need research on point 3 (Big data adoption and planning) by using the requirments mentioned above
