Inclusive leadership fosters relationships, generates trust among team members, and creates a sense of belonging to the workplace community.

In this assignment, you will compose an executive summary on emergent themes and inclusive leadership behaviors, including an overview of inclusive leadership, a problem or opportunity that can be solved using inclusive leadership, data and research related to inclusive leadership, highlights such as charts, visuals, or other graphics, and recommendations and potential solutions to an inclusive leadership issue.

Step 1. Review
Review the Roberson & Perry (2022) article, “Inclusive Leadership in Thought and Action: A Thematic Analysis.” Pay close attention to the various emergent themes and behaviors related to inclusive leadership.

Step 2. Research
Research data on inclusive leadership mindsets and behaviors. Locate at least two peer-reviewed resources in addition to the required readings for the assignment.

Step 3. Compose

Use the data and research findings from your review and research to solve a problem or opportunity for leaders to use inclusive leadership in the workplace.
