What are your feelings about this news?
What changes will you make regarding your daily routine now that you know you will be having a child?
What is essential to know and/or do for prenatal care that is different than what you normally do?
What challenges do you anticipate? What will you do to address them?
I need to answer these questions. During a meeting with 4 parents today, they shared stories about adapting to life with children and facing challenges.
I have collected some useful links from my blackboard that might be helpful to you. If not just do it by your words, and it´s supposed to be in my own words.
