Think about the messages presented in the two Tedx Talks as well as chapter three within the textbook. Based on the Case Study (the scenario is real and took place in a full-service hotel in the midwest), answer each of the following questions in a minimum of 100 words for each question within the ‘Discussions’ tab.
1. Did the bell attendant do the right thing by directing Mrs. Jones to the convention center for a wheel chair? Why or why not?
2. If you were the front office manager, how do you handle the situation Mrs. Jones’ less than satisfied experience with the bell attendant and subsequent complaints?
Complete Case Study #2 questions (a minimum of 100 words each) and then pose 2 follow-up questions. The Case Study Assignment may be completed within the ‘Discussions’ tab and then within the ‘Case Study #2 (Week 6)’ forum (you will create thread). The Case Study Assignment is due on Sunday, February 25, 11:59 PM. When creating a thread please put your last name and Case Study #2 in the subject line.
