About Us:
XS11 Aerospace Engineering is dedicated to providing the safest, most cost-efficient design and

XS11 consist of two main divisions: engineering and manufacturing. An administrative

The Manufacturing Division consists of 50 assemblers, supervisors, and quality assurance
personnel. Each manufactured piece is inspected both visually and by a complex robotic
scanning system prior to shipment. Additional tests are conducted on each piece to ensure
strength and durability for the unique aspects of space flight, including launch and deployment,
extreme heat and cold, weightlessness, high gravity, re-entry, and landing.
Administrative Department:
The Administrative Department consists of 30 executives, sales specialists, information
technology specialists, accounting, marketing, and administrative staff. The department is
responsible for all facets of support needed to acquire clients and maintain the engineering and
manufacturing divisions. The Administrative Department generates and supports new and
ongoing business through managing customer relationships and the supply chain.
Strategic Goals:
1. Utilize e-commerce solutions to build and deliver high-quality custom parts that meet
precise customer specifications and exceed safety standards within 45 days of the initial
customer order.
