Pick a US headquartered firm with operations in another country. (eg. Starbucks in Japan).Describe the firms operations in that country (incl. its entry mode, ie. exporting, JV or FDI etc.)Comment on at least 2 of its international management areas such as International Marketing, International Supply Chain, etc. Provide suggestions for how the firm could improve its operations in that country.The reflection must be 2 pages in length (no more and no less) and must be single spaced using Times New Roman, size 12 font, with 1.25 inch margins on the side and 1 inch margins on the top and bottom.In addition, you must attach a cover page that includes the topic you have chosen and a page of references at the end of your paper (the cover page and reference page do not count toward the 2 page requirement). You must use at least five references for your paper. Draw on concepts and readings from the textbook, and any additional references you find.
