ANALYSIS OF DASHBOARD
✓ At this day, the project is completed by 91,1%, the remain task still on date and still in time
to complete after some changes on the timeline.
ANALYSIS OF DASHBOARD
ANALYSIS OF DASHBOARD
Based on the events that occurred in the
development and the costs of carrying out each of
the projects, we found an over budget of almost
18%
The expense ratio for each project is presented
below.
Conclusion
• The project’s aim was a graduation ceremony, the audience was students,
and the chosen guest star, James Todd Smith, was more in tune with the
students’ aesthetic preferences and well known to the student body. The
analytical data visualisation and reporting of the project is very clear, as
can be seen from the report, a careful assessment of the investor, the
budget and cost analysis is very clear, the main budget expenditure is on
guest invitations and venue contracts, the project is more than 90%
complete, and it is important to step up testing of the venue’s audio and
guest previews. Ticket sales were 73, which is a high rate for a small to
medium-sized concert, indicating that the students were pleased with the
event’s preparations. The project budget was slightly overspent by 17.86%,
however it was still within acceptable limits.
Recommendations
• A number of other areas of the project might be enhanced.
• To begin, audience group analysis can be incorporated, and data
analysis tools can be utilised to delve further into the audience data.
Understanding the participants’ age group, interests, and other
information will allow you to better modify the marketing plan.
• Second, as the project continues, regular review sessions might be
organised to maintain communication with key stakeholders, examine
the success of the solution, and handle any concerns that may occur.
• Third, because the concert will take place during the university
graduation ceremony, the promotional expenditure can be decreased
even further to keep the overall budget acceptable.
