In this group assignment, you are required to start the planning and analysis activities of the
system development process. You are required to choose a business scenario from the 7
scenarios posted on Blackboard, then prepare a report that contains the following:





System Vision Document
List of all stakeholders of your system
One Interview agenda with at least 7 questions targeting a specific stakeholder.
One questionnaire targeting a specific stakeholder.
List of all your system use cases with brief description (either by using user goal or event
decomposition technique)

The group shall compose of 5 to 6 members only. Check blackboard announcement to
see how many groups can have 6 members.
Enroll yourself in the selected business scenario group in blackboard using the sign-up
sheet.
A business scenario can be selected by one group only.
You can make reasonable and realistic assumptions when needed.
Each student must work to progress both, the team, and individual aspects of the
assignment tasks. All the students in the group should work together (don’t distribute
tasks).
One mark will be deducted for each day of delay.
There might be a short Q&A session for each group to evaluate individual understanding
and participation.
