Research Paper
Two of the course objectives in this course are:
1. Define the heightened levels of customer expectations that must be met to achieve marketing success.
2. Discuss the impact of the Internet and the new opportunities for marketing it has created.
Select one of those two topics, and write a research paper in APA format that fully addresses that topic. You may branch out from those topics a bit. For example, you could discuss the impact of the Internet and the new opportunities for marketing it has created in a general sense, or you may select a specific company and write a paper specific to how the Internet has impacted that company’s marketing.
Paper requirements:
8 pages minimum (not counting title page or references)
6 (minimum) credible sources
APA formatting (12 point font, double spaced…)
Well-written (grammar, mechanics, usage)
Well-organized (introduction, thesis statement, body, conclusion).
