production and recording of several large-scale TV shows. My responsibilities included negotiating with

maximum impact. Challenges arose during marathon recording sessions that often exceeded ten hours,
followed by countless hours of editing. The demanding workload and monotonous nature of the tasks
initially led to errors in my work, resulting in constructive criticism from the producer. I quickly adjusted
my attitude, understanding that such experiences are essential for personal growth. I sought advice from
experienced colleagues and peers, learning how to extract valuable insights from a sea of information
