The summary will include comparisons of what areas are in alignment with a typical child/adolescent patient AND which areas that are not in alignment.
This assignment is due within 4 weeks of completing each special patient PE for DH 202. All reports need to be posted NO LATER than May 17 at 11:59 pm.
If a student turns in a report more than 4 weeks after the patient is completed, each additional day, will result in a lost of 20% off the final score OR if they turn in the report after the May 19 deadline above, the student will receive a “0” for the report.
