Please read the attached article. In an essay written for a general reader, respond in a meaningful way to the content of the article. The essay should begin with a summary of the article. The usual rules for a summary apply, meaning that you should use your own words and only provide a short, broad overview of the article.

The essay shall be graded holistically. Please keep in mind these required criteria.
The essay should be between 500 and 750 words but no more than 1000 words. Do NOT submit a book.
The essay must integrate some quotation from the article. Remember to include MLA formatted in-text citations. Be clear as to who is speaking.
There should be no outside research. Including research shall result in a grade no higher than 70%.
The essay may be written from a first person perspective, but make it relatable for the general reader.
Use spelling and grammar checkers before submitting.
Any instances of plagiarism will result in a grade of zero. Plagiarism has been quite the issue in all COM classes these past few months.
