You can choose to either examine the quality improvement program from the Case Study: Eliminating Pressure Ulcers at Lakeview on page 393 in the Effective Management of Long-Term Care Facilities text. Alternately, you can select a quality improvement program from a long-term care facility that you will research online. Be sure that you can talk about the following areas of your chosen program:
