After you complete your mock interview, write a 2-3 page reflection that answers the following questions: How did you feel during and after the interview? Were you nervous, confident, flustered, etc.? If you felt confident, what added to that feeling of confidence, and how could you replicate it? If you felt nervous, how might you remedy that next time? Which question did you feel like you gave the strongest answer to? Briefly summarize the question and answer here, and describe why it worked so well. Similarly, which answer was your weakest? Briefly describe the question and answer. How could you improve this answer in the future? Describe your “debriefing” experience with your interviewer. What feedback did he or she give you? How can you use that feedback to improve your work in the future? Formatting Guidelines: Your paper should be 2-3 pages in length (at least two full pages, paragraph style, double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, 1-inch margins). A cover page is not needed. Points will be deducted for not meeting these parameters. This is a professionalism class and attention to detail is crucial.
