Develop a Capture Plan
From a forecasted or active opportunity used in period 1, develop a detailed capture plan. Use the template provided in the attached file and review the content in the appropriate presentation.
Based on the information gained from the capture brief, complete an opportunity score sheet to determine “go,” “no-go,” or “additional information needed” before a decision is made regarding pursuit.
From these documents, prepare a 3 to 4-page report describing the results and recommended strategies in order to pursue the opportunity.
Submit all documents to Canvas upon completion.
