▪ choose a specific product, calculate the production cost by adding up the costs of raw
materials, labor, manufacturing overhead, and any other expenses involved in
production, (use real market costs).
▪ apply sustainability to the product with an environmentally friendly design and measure
its costs.
2. CVP Analysis, apply CVP analysis to your product. determine the breakeven point, contribution
margin per unit, and overall profitability. (determine a suitable selling price for the product).
