Initiate a contact with a RN who is presently employed (or has been within the last year) and who has at least one to two years of work experience as a RN. If possible, you should interview a baccalaureate prepared nurse, but this is not a requirement.The objectives of this assignment are to:
Continue student exploration of the nursing literature.
Gain insight into professional nursing practice through the perspective of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Compose a professional paper using APA formatting guidelines
Using a computer and library resources, locate a minimum of two recent peer-reviewed articles on the topic of nursing theory. References are to be from recent (less than five years old) peer-reviewed journals. Priority should be given to nursing journals, and the final reference list must include a minimum of two journal articles.
