Editing is mainly in result and discussion sections, references and table of content, adding and removing references and references to follow the APA style 1- Result table should not include systematic and review studies so i have now 21 studies only, there were 34 and i removed the systematic, scoping and narrative review
2- result interpretation only from the table, outside articles not accepted 3- The conclusion needs to be edited and contains some positive points regarding primary healthcare centers improvement and privatization
4- Table of content and references need to be edited as well, I have deleted some papers.. you can complete on the file that i have sent
5- Positive points in conclusion for example the primary healthcare centers are trying to be developed with more dental clinic, some of them are working 24 hours to enhance the accessibility to the care, reducing the pressure to the ER department of the secondary and tertiary hospitals, using some applications like sehatty application for booking the appointments for preventative care, vaccinations and so on 6- Simply this the goal of the vision 2030 to improve access to healthcare and quality still that we do not know is privatization a good thing to Saudi healthcare or not we do not have an accurate answer
