WEEK 3 DISCUSSION
You will post one initial thread of at least 400 words Thursday. For each initial thread,
students must support their assertions with at least 4 scholarly citations in APA format. Use
NKJV Bible References!! Any sources cited must have been published within the last five
years. Acceptable sources include class sources, the Bible, and outside sources.
You must then post 3 replies of at least 200 words by Monday. Each of the 3 replies must
incorporate at least 2 scholarly citations in APA format.
Using a personal example or your own personal insight, write a post that reflects the week’s
readings, the biblical worldview, and your independent research that engages the topic of
Public Service Motivation and management/leadership theory by expanding on the
following. What is Public Service Motivation (PSM) in your own words? What are your
thoughts on this theory? How would accepting this theory change the way that you would
lead? What drives leaders? Is management different from leadership? Why? What is the
significance?
