Chapter 1- Near the end of Chapter One, on page 18 in the textbook, you will find a list of steps regarding reading and briefing cases. Choose one of the cases in Chapter One, (any case that you want) and using that case, list each of the steps (1-8) and how each step applies to the case that you chose. The objective of this assignment is to help you read the cases and pick out the important parts of the case using this model. The cases you should take a close look at and which you will probably see again are: Price v. High Pointe Oil Company and James v. City of Costa Mesa
