Description

Module 03 Content
Maria is waiting to be seen at the doctor’s office with her baby when she notices a flyer about nutrition for young kids. She unfolds the page and reads information about feeding an infant. The flyer explores baby-led weaning that talks about introducing whole foods to a baby who is ready to start eating solid foods. She is pleased to find information about this method of feeding instead of traditional practices of offering purees and rice cereal.
What feeding practices will be valuable for your chosen age group and how can you communicate the information to them?
