Discussion Forums important instructions
You will have weekly videos to write about in the discussion board. You must apply marketing concepts from the chapter to analyze the effectiveness of the marketing strategy the video discusses. You must proofread. Type your post in a Word document (or Google Docs) first and run spelling & grammar check before copying and pasting it into the discussion board.
Unoriginal work that simply re-states what another person has posted will lose points for lack of contribution and depth of analysis. In order to receive a 10, you are encouraged to apply your own experiences as well as outside sources (article, videos, and blogs) into your discussion as long as you also incorporate relevant chapter marketing concepts.
In addition to, you must respond to another post. Your initial post should be at least 200 words. Remember to post early in the week to encourage discussion and you must make a substantial comment on at least one of your classmate’s posts. A response requires more than simply stating “I agree” or “I like what you said” and should be long enough to adequately support your views. I look forward to hearing your comments within the discussion forums.
