Project Timeline: Student includes a Gannt Chart timeline that includes all of the following 7 milestones:IRB Submission Date – Student includes a date (day month and year) of a proposed IRB submission date.Meeting Dates with Stakeholders/Faculty Mentor/Practice Mentor –
Student includes dates (day month and year) for meetings with
stakeholders, faculty mentors and/or practice mentors. The student has
planned for at least 3 meetings with stakeholders, at least monthly
meetings with their faculty mentors and at least 6 meetings with their
practice mentor.Project Implementation – Student includes ALL of the following:
start date of intervention (also known as first patient, first visit),
dates of key milestones associated with the implementation of the
intervention and last date of intervention (also known as last patient,
last visit).Drafting of Final Scholarly Project Paper – Students includes the
date to begin drafting the Final Scholarly Project Paper and the
projected date the paper should be completed. The student also includes
dates of submission to mentors for feedback before projected completion
