I have listed some links below for you to watch. They are just a few interesting things about philosophers, logic, math, and even children’s stories.

Did you know that the famous children’s author Lewis Caroll was really a mathematician and logician? His name was Charles Dodgson. Yes, a logician and mathematician wrote Alice in Wonderland!

Your assignment is to watch a few of these videos, 2 or 3, taking notes. Then submit a short synopsis of what you found out. I think you should aim at no more than a couple of pages (measured by double spaced pages.) Don’t worry if you have trouble submitting the assignment as double-spaced, Canvas has some issues and students have had trouble with formatting in theh past in Canvas.

You are also required to do one peer review, it will be considered in the grading of your discussion.

YOU ONLY NEED TO REPORT ON ONE OF THE LOGICIANS IN THESE VIDEOS. CHOOSE ONE YOU FIND MOST INTERESTING.

PLEASE USE THE SOURCES I HAVE PROVIDED HERE. YOU DO NOT NEED TO GO ELSEWHERE FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT UNLESS YOU FEEL ABSOLUTELY COMPELLED TO DO SO.

REMEMBER: PLAGIARISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, SO DON’T DO IT.
