You will work individually for this assignment, conducting research about a recent case of your choosing involving juvenile offenders.

For this assignment, choose one of the theories explaining juvenile delinquency below. Then develop a PowerPoint presentation in which you explain how the theory you have chosen explains the offense.

Your PowerPoint Presentation must include the following information:

The name of the theory you have been assigned and, using your own words, the basic concepts, and ideas of the theory.
Briefly discuss the article you have chosen.
In your own words, explain how the theory you have been assigned would explain the behavior of the juvenile in the article.
Discuss possible ramifications of the theory you have been assigned for treatment options when dealing with juvenile offenders.
