this assignment is based on the previous question you have done based on the Burj Khalifa. This is assignment 2 and you have done assignment so you will have to use assignment 1 to do this one. (I will attach the document for assignment 1) the word limit is 2000 words.
In order to achieve this, you need to have the following included in your report:
An analysis of the project management of the project you selected;
FOUR key lessons learnt with justification why they are key;
A clear conclusion/reflection of the selected project and how it was project managed.
A determination whether the project was a success or a failure, in terms of both product delivery and project management
A reflection on your own project plan for the production of this assessment (submitted in assessment 1 – part b).
For points 1 to 4
This assessment requires you to determine if the project was managed effectively, if there were any project management predicaments and what lessons can be acquired for future projects. The information/data about the project should be represented in the form of an infographic in assessment 1, so there is no need to repeat this information in this assessment.
The majority of the text of the report should be a discussion about the project management of the project, since this assessment is investigating a real-world project, some of the information you need for your analysis might not be available to you. You will therefore need to make a number of assumptions. If you do make assumptions, then it is essential that you base these on known theories and practices.
During your research remember it is essential that you provide a detailed piece of academic work, illustrating your capability to find and select appropriate information, analyse this information, and provide a thoroughly structured academic discussion. So, your academic report should be logically structured, making use of headings/sub-headings to help the reader follow your arguments.

We are also asking you to reflect on how the project plan you submitted (assessment 1 – Part B) reflecting upon this plan in terms of what actually happened when researching and submitting assessment 2. Provide a brief statement with two lessons learned.
