4.)Earlier this semester, we watched videos and read articles that built out the history of Tor as a tool for protest and resistance. We then ended our semester with a shallow dive into the history of political policing in the US. For this question, I’d like you to think about how the Dark Web is and could be used for protest and resistance in the US.

Note that we are using this framework (US-based) because of our familiarity with US culture and the laws we have touched on this semester and in your previous courses. Of course, much of the general discussion could be about any country and its relationship to protest/resistance.
