Description
You will come up with a problem encountered in your work place (i.e. Hospital, Department). You will
then decide how to fix this problem. You will use peer-reviewed literature and the internet to come up
with a strategy to fix your problem. I already choose the problem and how to fix it, one respiratory problem that we often encounter in the hospital is patients experiencing difficulty in using inhalers correctly. This can lead to inadequate medication delivery and ineffective management of their respiratory conditions. To address this issue, a comprehensive inhaler education program. This program includes hands-on demonstrations, visual aids, and personalized coaching to ensure patients understand the correct inhaler technique.

Literature review: At least 15 references should be used. Peer reviewed journals should be
considered. i.e. Respiratory Care, Chest, Respiratory Physiology and Neurobiology, Respiration,
European Respiratory Journal, American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine. A
maximum of 5 internet web-site links can be used for the project. A maximum of 2 Textbook citations
can be used for the project.
