1) Post one original comment ( length is at least 80 words – no maximum.) on the discussion board discussing aspects of the documentary that you found new and informative, surprising, upsetting, etc. Support your comment with one or two examples from the documentary. Your comment must demonstrate a clear understanding of the content shown in the video. An excellent comment seeks to inform or raise an interesting question. It may also provoke conversation or offer an opposing view of the devil’s advocate.2) Reply to two students’ discussion posts ( length should be at least 80 words – no maximum. The reply should provide some critical feedback. Replies are substantive and move the conversation forward or make a reply to a question asked in response to their posting.3) Research one peer-reviewed/scholarly source that you will use to expand on your discussion points ( original comment or reply). When presenting your source, please clearly describe the findings that you find most pertinent and explain their significance. Cite your source in the text and provide the full reference at the end of your comment ( this is good academic practice, in case some students want to read the article further).the movie is called Midwife by Sara Biermeier if you choose to look up a summary. You do not need to watch the whole movie, just clips from youtube, and you may take inspiration from the other discussion posts attached. Pick two people to respond to.
