Background Information
Now that you have explored the importance of ethical values, emotional intelligence, and leadership for project managers, you will reflect upon how these concepts relate to your own leadership strengths and your experiences with project leadership challenges. You will discuss an instance of poor leadership you’ve experienced and share your perspective on the impact that ethics or emotional intelligence had upon leadership effectiveness. Additionally, you will describe the impact of poor leadership upon the project, the team, and its stakeholders. Then, you will describe what you learned from the experience and how your own leadership strengths may have impacted the situation.
