Newark, NJ has been identified as a vulnerable population. Using the data sets, give 3 examples of health disparities affecting the population that are linked to the sociodemographic characteristics of the population. (2 paragraphs).
Propose 3 health interventions directed at reducing the impact of social determinants on the vulnerable population of Newark, NJ. (2 paragraphs). Refer to Databases: US Census and NJ SHAD Appropriate citations/references are expected.
