This submission should have the following structure and address the following areas:

Introduction – Briefly summarize the case and note your position as the Associate Dean.
Findings/Challenges – Identify 2-5 areas related to the case that are a cause for concern as the team leader.
Critical Analysis – Answer the following questions, as you know you need to deliver a constructive and effective message to Teresa and Cathy.
Write down what you will say to each of these team members.
