1.Identify topic and list three measurable goals
2.Identify modality, if your group is open or closed, and time parameters
3.Explanation of appropriate and inappropriate populations including an explanation of why
4.Analyze two to three cultural considerations and how to evaluate and connect with group members.
5.Outline of group leader’s role and responsibilities including desired facilitation approach
6.List of five to ten expectations for attendees to outline the member’s role
7.Describe of necessary required resources (i.e. worksheet, brochure, assessment tools, activities)
8.Evaluate two strengths of the group (i.e. modality, open/closed, dynamics, number of attendees)
9.Evaluate two limitations of the group (i.e. modality, open/closed, dynamics, number of attendees)
10.Differentiate between ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality as they relate to groups.
