Read the final project description and analyse the task thoroughly so that you understand what you
must include in the written report. Research and analyse sources of information to assist you in writing
your final project report.
The final project written report must include a title page, table of contents, executive summary,
introduction and conclusion, content that answers the task and a reference list of sources you have
used.

Final Project Description
Task
You are required to carry out a full strategic analysis of a chosen organization which can be either a
manufacturing or service organization in which you are currently employed, you had worked previously,
or you are familiar with. You are free to choose any organization that you like. The chosen organization
could also be domestic, international, multinational or a global organization. In case the chosen
organization operates in different markets, to ease your research please choose a specific market in
which it operates and do the analysis for that particular organization on that particular chosen market
that it operates.
Provide detailed supporting evidence by using some of the main theories, approaches and matrices
discussed during the course and make sure that you integrate key points from the understanding that
you had into your final project. It is expected that your strategic analysis of the chosen organization
should include as a minimum:
Corporate Objectives and Overview of the Organization
The Vision / Mission of the Organization
Identifying the significant capabilities of the Organization (SWOT analysis)
Core Competencies of the Organization
The stakeholders of the company (Stakeholder Analysis: power/interest matrix).
Issues faced by the Organization in the chosen market (PESTLE analysis)
The basis of competition (Porter’s Diamond)
Identifications of alternative directions for the future strategy using the Ansoff matrix
Evaluation of future strategies (SAFE framework)
Research and prepare a written report.
